Automatic delivery is available for those customers who don't want to worry about monitoring their oil tanks or calling us when they are running low. Customers on automatic delivery receive their deliveries based on a schedule that we provide.

"Will call" delivery means that customers are responsible for monitoring the level of their oil tank and calling in to schedule delivery when the oil is low. It is imperative that you provide enough lead time (typically 48 hours) for us to make the delivery.

COD or "Cash On Delivery" is available for customers who want to pay for a delivery at the time the delivery is made; there is a discount associated with this delivery type. As such, the customer MUST be at home when the delivery is made and provide an acceptable payment (cash or money order) BEFORE the delivery is made.
