Fueling Instructions

Insert Debit or Credit Card

Screen will ask if you have an access code pin, 1st time use-select “NO”

Read down through training and safety prompts and acknowledge with “YES”

Machine will print an access code

Re-Insert card and when prompted for access pin, enter code on receipt

Select pump number-lift cradle under nozzle and fuel vehicle

Re-insert card for a receipt

Keeping the access code will expedite future transactions—**code will ONLY work with that specific card**

If you don’t have your previous access code, follow steps above to obtain a new one

Accent Fuels – Fueling Station Safety Acknowledgment and Agreement

I, hereby acknowledge that I have received in-person training on the proper safety and operational procedures for the Accent Fuels fueling station dispensing systems (per TM01). This training included, but was not limited to:

The safe handling and dispensing of liquid fuels, propane, and Accent Fuels fuel dispensers.
The location and proper use of emergency shutoff switches.
The location and function of the 911 emergency call box.
The location and proper operation of emergency fire extinguishers.

I understand and agree to exercise due diligence and follow all safety protocols when utilizing Accent Fuels fueling station dispensing systems. I further acknowledge that I may be held responsible for any damage or incidents resulting from negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with these procedures.

By signing below, I certify that I have been properly trained, that I understand the responsibilities outlined above, and that I agree to the terms and conditions of the Accent Fuels Fueling Agreement.
